Why I Should Be Unbanned :I’m honestly sorry. Me and my friend had beef over a situation that happened, They told me they got glocks ars etc. I see them hitting the cut while I’m right behind them. Tey ask me : Where you at Blu. I responded : Right behind you. Then took out my weapon started blindly firing. There was a dude behind me that walked in my cross fire that was NOT meant to get hit but sadly got hit. It was like a gang war over a arguement that started off of somebody being broke and having a gun. I’m deeply sorry about what happened and is wishing for MI forgiveness for what I did. My friends were cool with it even telling the staff that this was for something else / gang war. But he just wanted me to appeal so, Here i am. I would even go on a ZTP.

Samuel Phillips has been blacklisted from Mountain Interactive for the following actions:

  • Participating in and supporting communities engaged in the use, distribution, and sale of stolen Mountain Interactive assets.

  • Engaging in slander and defamation targeted at David (Owner of Mountain Interactive), including making false and damaging statements during direct conversations and in external channels.

  • During a recorded conversation, Samuel admitted awareness of the presence of stolen assets within these communities and demonstrated ongoing association with individuals involved in these activities, despite prior warnings.

  • The combination of asset misuse and targeted defamation constitutes a severe breach of trust and policy and warrants permanent blacklisting.

Outcome: Permanent blacklist. No future appeal permitted.
