how can i get higher rank as highway patrol bc i first thought from xp but there is no xp in game but i want to get b rank pls help me

Patrol while in the Highway patrol team in ur area, if you go outside ur area it will give u a notice that you wont gain XP. Thats untill you get back into your designated zone.
