Incident Description*:

Playing on Delta, the offender started by running infront of LEO vehicles constantly, claiming they hit them, only to run off when confronted by LEO each time. The offender then repeatedly was prone on the ground whilst running from police, as well as continued running after well over 20 taser shots, and beanbag rounds. Was prone driving/stealing vehicles as well.
