Incident Description*:

I was riding to gain XP and this individual came in the opposite direction and blocked my lane with her vehicle then she proceeded and forced me out of my car without any cause and proper authority. She then unlawfully detained me and handcuffed me for a few minutes and then let me go without saying anything declining my requests to provide a supervisor.
