Why I Should Be Unbanned: A couple of days ago everything was normal on the server until today I wanted to check the Discord and I couldn't find it, I tried to enter using the invitation from the group and it told me that I was banned, I tried to create a ticket on the ticket website but it wouldn't let me, it told me "Your account has been suspended and the customer portal will not be accessible. Please contact your account administrator.", so I didn't know what to do and I didn't receive any notification of the ban or anything like that.
