Make GOLD DONATER ABLE TO USE RPD

Suggestion for: Perris, California

My Suggestion:

Gold donator. I think that gold donater should be able to use RPD, It doesn't make sense that we can use SRU, FBI, etc but we can't play as RPD.

They do it because it can be abused as gold is cheaper than platinum meaning more people buy gold.
