Alright. this all began when i was on a simple routine patrol at the gun store. i observed an orange/yellow kia stinger pull into the parking lot and his vehicle was already in 2 different parking spaces at once. I observed mr.zay inside of the gun store purchasing a Assault rifle-i knew this because he killed me with the same weapon later- As i was doing my thing sitting in the parking lot we got a panic button alert at the Perris pawn. I left and responded code 1 high. as i pulled into the rear of the pawn i noticed the yellow kia stinger the same one from earlier fly down the road towards the sheriffs office and then he filled an illegal U-turn he did not have his signal on and then he began to speed up down the road and got up behind me blowing his horn recklessly -Misuse of horn charge right there- he then pulled diagonally in front of my cruiser and got out asking for directions to the spawn yelling "SIR WHERE IS THE SPAWN" I was well aware this subject knew were the civilian spawn was and was plotting to kill me at some point. I used my hold tool and patted him down when he said he wasn't armed -i knew it was bs- and saw his rifle in his inventory, i did not take it. i simply uncuffed Mr.Zay and told him to get a move on. he then sped off from the turning lane which is already illegal. And stopped approximately right in front the parking lot area and exited his vehicle and gunned me down with full auto. Killing law enforcement without valid reason. "You may only kill Law Enforcement Officers if you have a valid RP reason and no other options."
In the second video clip i was engaged with the same subject for reckless driving and reverse donuts in the middle of the road. I was handling another civilian for being in an active scene when i once again saw Mister. zay Recklessly driving doing the donuts, As i got back to my car i pulled up on the red kia code 3 and stopped in front of it in order to attempt a traffic stop. When i got out he began to ask me to move my car. I said no and has lucky i don't arrest him for killing me the last time -Note i wasn't going to arrest him at all just a simple citation if he hadn't ran off.- he drove off and refused to id himself at the traffic light and at some point ran again crashing into the NG base fence. That part was not captured on clip.
As a personal note. I have dealt with a lot of nonsense in Perris but this one definitely was the biggest problem. I hope staff reviews this and do what they see fit but i see nothing but rule violations and an angry kid who's desperate to get someone banned for simply doing their job.
