I come from the spawn, and drive onto the highway. I spot a CHP vehicle that was unlocked, so I attempt to take it. I get out the car again, and this CHP dude in a Challenger which I believe to have no ELS or sirens whatsoever jumps out the vehicle and mows me down with a LMG.
