Give us an Incident Description: I had just arrived on scene and had seen a dude cuffed and held by another officer, he could take him so he asked if anybody could take him, he let him go for me to take him. However, a few seconds after he was let go he took off running and we proceeded to taze him multiple times and beanbag him twice, however the officer accidentally un cuffed him before he was tazed a third time, which was when he pulled out an assault rifle and shot multiple officers dead.
