Incident Description:

I was on scene of an officer-involved MVA as SBI (investigating since it was officer-involved and no supervisors were online). One of the involved individuals was showing me how the scene happened, and PancakeAuthority took his Hellcat and decided to ram into me and the individuals, killing us both with the RDM script.
