For the silver subscription why doesn't it say "Project Delta Access"?

It hasn’t been updated on the website, but if you buy the Silver subscription, it will give you access to Project Delta.

They got rid of everything whitelisted but they chose to bring an application for project Delta for more people to try it without subscriptions
