What Happened?
On August 9th 2025, I was running down the main street in game (I believe it's called 4th). I believe I had just taken a CHP cruiser and when it despawned I proceeded to run down the street. After passing S&K and eventually run into Starblox, I left the game because I got bored and peace time I believe was enabled at the time. I was then hit with a ban message when I attempted to rejoin. I received the code of LTAP which I believe stands for "Leaving To Avoid Apprehension." This can't be the case as there was no LEO actively behind attempting to stop me. You can't ban someone for fleeing if they have no idea they were being pursued by an LEO in the first place, same thing with the IRL charge of Evading a LEO.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I should be unbanned because not only was the ban excessive, but it also doesn't meet the requirements. I was on foot and heard no vocal communication or text. If the officer was in a vehicle, there was no active siren that I could hear. There was no taser deployment or any indication I was actively being pursued. If there is such a serious issue, the moderator should have teleported me or sent me a message directly or froze and jailed me like I have seen done before. The ability to ban people is a big power to have, and for a first-time ban being 5 days is excessive, especially since I do not have a prior disciplinary record with Mountain Interactive. I always try and my best to interact well and roleplay to a high standard. If there was someone behind me chasing me and they were no able to catch me and I left, then that is on them not me.

Also to add, after watching the video, you can clearly see where I had disconnected from the game and he still grabs and cuffs me due to their being a lag delay, see 00:53
