Created and Authorized for Use by David D. / Mountain Interactive Director. These rules apply to all Ban Appeals submitted through our platforms. By submitting an appeal, you agree to follow these rules exactly as written.
1. Format Integrity
Do not modify the format, alignment, fonts, or colors of the appeal form. You must use the original template as provided. Appeals that fail to follow the required format may be closed without review.
2. Reply Restrictions
Only the person who submitted the appeal is allowed to reply to their thread. Any unauthorized responses—including those from friends or other staff—will be removed. The original poster may also receive warning points.
3. Personal Appeals Only
You may only appeal your own ban. Appeals submitted on behalf of someone else will not be considered. If your Mountain Interactive account has been terminated or suspended, you must use our support portal to appeal—forum appeals will not be accepted.
4. Support Comments
Replies such as +support or -support are not allowed under any circumstances.
5. Stay On-Topic
Do not derail the thread. All responses must stay focused on the appeal itself. Arguments, off-topic discussion, or personal drama will be removed.

Your full Discord Tag (e.g., User#1234) must be included in the appeal. If it is missing, your appeal will not be reviewed.
If your account uses Discord’s new username system and you no longer have a tag, you may ignore this requirement. If you still have a tag, you must include it.
7. Time-Frame
Appeals must be submitted within a reasonable period following the ban. Appeals submitted long after the ban was issued may be denied without further review.
