I'm just going to use one single example here, but there's more like in LA with mountain interactive light and vehicles for LA, I'm going to be using the SRU example in Perris which was removed. It was suddenly removed following an update which many were excited for, now this MAY does not violate Roblox TOS, however if bought within Europe, Laws (See below) protect this from being removed and not refunded. not only is it very scummy, but it also promotes people just not buying it as they see this happening, which is pretty common, its just morally wrong to remove these items.

This directive specifically targets contracts for supplying digital content or services, like in-app purchases or digital goods.
Article 19 restricts how and when digital content can be modified or withdrawn by the supplier. It states that such modifications or removals are only permissible if:
The contract explicitly allows for it.
There's a valid reason.
It doesn’t impose additional cost on the consumer.
The consumer is properly informed in advance.
If the change negatively impacts the user, they must be informed in advance and offered the option to terminate the contract. Simont Braun
This means: if a developer removes a purchased gamepass without the ability to continue using the game or without notifying you—in violation of the terms—you may have the right to cancel, get a price reduction, or even receive a refund. Simont Braun
If reported to Roblox or proper authorities, the game would most likely be taken down, and even if this wasn't illegal, this is just a really scummy method used to cash grab, people you have ALREADY cash grabbed (May I note that other youtubers have already made videos about MI and its corrupt ways) I would also like to note, MI used to have a moderation item you could buy for 450, Giving you power to do anything, however after youtubers covered on it was shortly removed

ANOTHER REALLY BIG ISSUE!
Mountain interactive doesn't make their games??
Said by one user: "Its not even their own game they bought it from a whitelisted rp game and mountain interactive didnt make anything (typical for them...) " project delta Said by another: "That's what they do ( the Los Angeles one was bought, ruined and left behind just like that , they make money with team whitelistng )😂" Said by another: "Unfortunate that a great game was sold by Johnson Studios to a toxic community who will just fill it with stolen assets and try to make a profit on it because they can't make something original. Leave the same game but change some names and they all still lag. A lot of their games are pretty much pay a subscription to actually play."
A user shows his complaints with the mountain interactive team: "yeah MI bought literally everything they own their "Development Team" is a half-assed team of roblox studio users who only know how to drag and drop downloaded rbxm files into studio." Another user complains about how the game doesnt even work

The Vehicles and how there even more against ROBLOX's TOS
Not only are the vehicles and other stuff like the moderator we see here sold OFF PLATFORM (see how it breaks tos below) They are not even made by MOUNTAIN INTERACTIVE! They are made by GTA mod creators, transformed to roblox, and sold at absurd prices like 70 dollars 30 dollars etc.
“Do not buy, sell, or trade Roblox accounts, Robux, in-experience items, or digital goods off of the Roblox platform.”
“All trades and sales of Robux, items, and accounts must be conducted through Roblox’s official systems.”

MI Has violated potentially EU Digital laws regarding digital purchases, Aswell as selling game passes and removing them from the game. MI Doesn't make there own games? MI Vehicles buying offsite, and other offsite purchases are against roblox TOS MI Sold moderator till public backlash hit.
