Uh, hi there! I'd like to formally and respectfully apologize for saying, “Spread those cheeks.” during an arrest. I now fully understand me saying that violated some MI rules that I wasn't aware of at the time. It also violated some guidelines and I apologize for that also. It was not my intention to offend or anger the community, and I take full responsibility for my words and actions when I did that. Sorry.
