Suggestion for: Perris, California

My Suggestion:

Add a way to change your name in game. Make it like $500, and you must go to the courthouse to do so.

Why This Would Improve the Game:

People like me could be able to change there name if they unseriously started the game and got really into it and dont like the name they chose for there character. Like me (its really embarrasing to be named "Gill."
