What Happened?
I just joined the game and after exiting CIV spawn [at highway] I noticed CHP I attempted to fire at said CHP, striking X1 civ and then a mod TPed and I also shot them by mistake, I was attempting to steal CHP cars to then later sell but after this the mod jailed me and stated I would be perm-banned for spawn camping, when in fact I was not..

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I belive it should be changed from a perm-ban to a temp-ban or a warning as I was not attempting to spawn kill any member, and the staff member had banned me for something I didnt do and I had only killed X2 users, it was not like I was attempting to shoot anyone who exited spawn I was shooting at a 10-18 like stated attempting to kill CHP officers to steal and sell there cars.

this will be changed to RDM
