Was chilling at S&K when an officer rammed into the back of my car and proceeded to say "you can't park there" then tased me, cuffed me and tried to arrest me. (luckily I was USMS)

He also was holding radio.

Rules Violated*:

Cuff rush, tool abuse, and holding the radio.
