Incident Description*:

I was on patrol as the riverside police department and as i was sitting along the intersection of s&k and Starblox, at that time i heard several taser deployments coming from the sheriffs office. i then began to radio it in and responded to the sheriffs office. as i arrived on scene i observed a sheriff who was walking towards me ands i began to reverse whilst inside of the RSO motor pool. approximately 6 seconds later the officer attempted to tase me whilst i was in my vehicle. At that point i got on the radio and called that in whilst speeding off and pulled around and got out of my car and aimed my rifle at him. At some point the subject ran into the sheriffs office and grabbed some weapons from the logistics and locker rooms and came back outside a short while later. at this rate we are trying shoot back because he was opening fire on me and another chp trooper before running off. Me and several other officers gave pursuit as he ran he was cuffed by another officer. Someone tried to kill him but i stated he's already in cuffs and to not kill him because he's harmless. At this rate since we could not use our hold tools on him he managed to escape our containment and ran out front of the sheriffs office through the south entrance and stole an Unmarked f150. A pursuit of the suspect lead to him taking the bridge over into fancy houses and then he turned around and began to travel at a high rate of speed back towards BOA housing. mr billy then crashed the cruiser and hopped into a civilians vehicle and was attempting to drive off in it. We gunned him down to avoid another pursuit and to maintain public safety.
