Incident Description*: I had gotten a ride to S&K by a CHP officer after my car had crashed, he started to lag when were almost there so I hopped out and began walking. Some RPD officer comes up to me pointing a gun and arrests me for nothing, me and other officers and even the officer that gave me a ride were telling him to let me go and that I was innocent. He refused to let me free and then claiming I looked "suspicious". To me this is very unprofessional, arresting someone because of how they look just because you want to. When we got back to the car and was about to take me to RPD booking he left the game after being confronted multiple times. And mind you, I was walking by on the sidewalk passing the scene and he began chasing me for no reason.
