My Suggestion:

Hello mountain interactive’s people. My suggestion today is that arrest system should be changed so jail time is no longer always 300 seconds regardless of the situation. Instead, it should depend on the number and severity of the charges. For example, if a player has only had one minor charge like loitering or a small traffic violation , the jail time could be around 60-120 seconds. If they have a few moderate charges, like evading police or resisting arrest it could be 150-250 seconds. For multiple serious charges or felonies such as attempted murder, armed robbery, or evading police with violence, it would go up to more than 300 seconds. On top of that , there should be a system where players who cooperate with during arrests (not running, not resisting, following RP properly) receive a slightly reduced jail time thanks to a button that has to be pressed if the player you booking cooperated with law enforcement.

Why This Would Improve the Game:

This would make the game feel more realistic and balanced. Right now, players tend to run from police every time because they know they will always get 300 seconds in jail no matter what they do. If this new system were added , players would be encouraged to think more realistically. For example: if they only have one small charge, they might decide to cooperate with the law enforcement instead of running , because they know they’ll get get less jail time. This would improve the roleplay seriously, which fits the server’s goal of being a strict RP community. Thanks for reading, have a great day/night
