Bought Plat a bit ago and cant verify with roblox to gain perms in game

My other account is perm banned for no reason on the website and it has everything verified on that account. I've tried again and again to find out why I am "perm banned" and I can't get an answer. Within that I made a new account but I cannot connect my roblox or my discord to this account to gain access to Plat that I bought. Even when I do the manual roblox thing it still doesn't work.
