Incident Description*:

I was walking on the sidewalk playing music and I walked by a crime scene (which I didn't clip) but they told me to leave so I did, And later on the cops came over to me for no reason told me I was associated with the guy at the crime scene and searched me for no reason and cuffed me for no reason.

Rules Violated*:

Cuff rush, abuse of admin, tool abuse.
