What Happened?
So, today I was patrolling doing my normal investigations as FBI, right. Then I'm at a house and I hear shots fired coming from the tree, but now that I look at the clip it's a CHP officer, but that's beside the point. I went towards, the area and noticed x2 individuals scattered along the tree, and I see one of them ducked down like they are taking cover, but then I cuffed them from the back, but obviously in the video it looks different because I was obviously lagging. But I didn't just cuff them for no reason, I cuffed them due to my reasonable suspicion that they were shooting at us, so I wasn't arresting them I was detaining them, whole different thing right.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

Well, this is my second appeal this week, and I feel it's right to let me go on a 1 strike policy, I don't even know what that is, but it sounds nice. I also think I should be unbanned because I was lagging at the time, and on my screen, it looked like he was elsewhere on the map, and on my screen, it looked like he was Infront of him and I was behind him, so this is all just one big misunderstanding.

Well how do you know I was lagging?

You can tell because my figure isn't even moving, and the way that it's just standing in what position.

How do you know I was looking for shooter? I had my gun out pointing every way I could defend myself and look for the shooter, and when I thought I found the shooter, I cuffed, him (in my pov from the back). SKIP TO 4:31
