What Happened?
So at Chinese Buffet i was tryan fight a civilan in a 1v1 in LA i was CHP at that time I then pulled out my fist then stopped and made my loadout then the civilan pulled out his fist and attempted to fight so i pepper sprayed him and fought him him couple a times then i heard shots being fired and i draw my weapon out and shot at the suspect then another suspect was fist fighting another cop and hit him mutiple times i thought the officer was gonna die so i shot the suspect 14 times

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I understand pepper spraying a civilan is bad but he had his fist out and was tryan fight back at me so i pepper sprayed him when he apporached me with his fist and fought back at the civilan i had no intention of breaking the rules while im OSP but the civilan came towards me with his fist i truly apologize for violating my OSP but it isn't fair as the civilan was litteray apporaching me saying what do you got so i fought back in self defense. here is the proof that the civilan apporached me with his fist and me pepper spraying him and fighting him with hands i also said lets fight as a joke and dropped my fist and was making my loadout till he came towards me with his fist. https://streamable.com/69972w
