What Happened?
In the morning I was playing Los Angeles. While I was playing all seemed normal(like any other day)I remember I was trying to sell drugs using the mail job and I asked some ppl about it. They said to look it up on the Mountain interactive’s official page, so that is what I did. Once I looked it up I kinda learnt how to do it, when I was about to start I leaved the game for maybe some minutes or a hour (I’m not sure) And then I pressed to join Los Angeles and I went to eat(I pressed first to let everything load so when I finish eating everything will be ready. Before starting eating I remember I looked up for a sec if it loaded me to the game, and yes it was loading like any other day(so there was no ban message).When I finished eating I went straight to the pc to play when suddenly I see the message that was saying that I got permanently banned for V-TOS. I was confused because I was just afk so that’s why I’m trying to appeal this.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I don’t really know the reason why I was banned. I tried to look on your page in the part of game rules what was V-TOS but there was nothing that I could see talking about that, I tried to figure out what was it and the only thing that came up to my head was Violating-Terms Of Service, I think that one of the persons I was talking to reported me for talking about how can I work on that (drug dealer). I sinceraly don’t know the exact reason reason of the ban but I still want to apologize for the thing that lead to the moderation of my account and apologize for the things I did wrong. I just want an opportunity to still be able to play the game because I just started to play Los Angeles because something strange happened to Perris that day so Los Angeles was the only game I was able to play. Sorry for everything. Have a good day/night.

Hello ghost, I am writing to respectfully express my concern regarding the recent rejection of my appeal, which appears to be based on my name, Jihad. I would like to clarify that Jihad is a given name in many in many Muslim communities. It’s the correct translation of struggle or inner effort and it symbolizes a personal journey of self improvement and purpose, in my case is simply my legal name and an integral part of my identity . It carries no harmful or inappropriate connotations . Rejecting my appeal based of a misunderstanding of my name feels unjust and frankly discriminatory . I fully support the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful space , but I believe this situation stems from a misinterpretation rather than any wrongdoing on my part.
