Where can I find the documentation for custom commands?

I found a gitbook but nothing shown in it is up to date and also not helpfull plus it was last updated 4 years ago

Custom commands for SimpleAdmin.. I can't find any documentation for it and makes it extremely hard to make a custom command. I already switch to Kohl's admin as it's way easier to make custom commands and addons. So nevermind.
