C9 crashed into me going around 76+ MPH when I was going 20-25. I then made my rpname DNR as I had been involved in a fatal crash causing me to be dead. C9 the officer who hit me going 75 then hopped out of his car like nothing happened and took me to jail. After going to jail and bailing out he then yelled through the LASD station saying he would find me off my bolo or wtv. (metagaming?) I then call mod for the prior scenario of him arresting me like nothing happened while going 75+ mph.

He additionally disrespected me which is frustrating by saying something rude about me in which I cant control

Additionally, Ethan an alternative mod said I was going to get a warning and such and have to read the rules. I then told him I was going to work on my game and read the rules later. he then said I would be getting banned and he also added LTAP when I disconnected. The second I disconnected I dmed him because I couldn't rejoin the server and he ignored it and added to the ban. Additionally I would like to say that c9 isn't the main issue for me, it was mainly his FRP when arresting me after being in a high-speed chase which ended in a crash. The main issue to me is ethan adding LTAP even though I dmed him the second my wifi went out. also he made it a ban when I said I would read the rules later/ when I had time. Additionally, I would like to add that Ethan chose to keep my LTAP ban after me showing him proof that my Wi-Fi guy was here today trying to fix it and also proof it was bad in a screenshot. Ethan also said that it was against rules or the law for me to use his voice in clips which is not true. Additionally, when commenting on another thing added to my ban which was talking when dead I told him I used ( to talk when dead. And because I didn't have a clip of it, I told him to check in game logs in which he ignored me basically. "if I show that to any moderator" you would get moderated is what is said upon me questioning how I can get moderated when I use out of roleplay slash marks. He also keeps telling me that I'm lying about things and I really don't appreciate it, I strive to tell the truth especially in such important scenarios like moderation actions. And to add to this I attempted to contact Ethan and he told me to wait 30 minutes in which I did and then he responded another 30 minutes later when I was working on something prompting me to think he is trying to waste my time and doesn't want to talk to me. This is backed by when he did finally call me I had to repeat myself because he was texting someone.
