Incident Description*: I was at a scene with my partner at Robs tools due to 2 officers shot. When we arrived there was a guy in cuffs and then we detained him for our safety and put him into our cruiser cause he was around the bodies that had gotten shot. He then kept saying "What are you doing" and "The cop cuffed me for no reason." I'm guessing he told his friend to come and kill us, his friend comes later on and shoots us all mid scene and violated NLR.

<--------- On arrival to the scene he was dead. He then returns to the scene in his black Escalade crashing into a random person, and in the medal clip he just shoots us all.
