What Happened?
kid lied to the mod saying we killed him twice (doesnt even verify klogs)
a group of civilians were driving thru the dominos parking lot , as they passed an unmarked unit the officer hops out and aims a long gun at 4 civilians driving by i hop out of the truck to see the guys avatar so i could call him on the ingame phone found out the officer was MRGUNS001 i call him and told him theres going to be consequences for his actions about 2 mins later i text him saying "im going to find you and kill you" etc (will be shown in clip provided) 3 mins later he texts me back stating "u got a bolo out now" "ur cooked" "also if u kill me its rdm not 60 seconds of roleplay " i tell him the scene started when he pulled his firearm out on us about 4 mins ago, we pull back up to dominos to find him and kill him but we see hes in a scene and leave him alone. after that we do a few scenes around 10 mins later we switch cars bc the one we were driving was hot, we came back to dommnios looking for him we find him and kill him. half n hour later i get tped to the staff room and jailed i dm the mod my clips of us having interaction. the mod lies and says it proves nothing he states that i killed him twice with out even verify klogs (proof in clip) tells me its "vdm" then switches and says its rdm i ask to grab my obs recording and he says "welp your gettting banned for rdm"

1:17 i find his user and call him and told him that there will be consequence for his actions
2:49-4:18 me texting mrguns
6:51-7:30 mr guns texts me back and i text him back
7:42-9:14 back at dominos looking for him see him in a scene and not kill him cuz of SI
14:31-15:09 we switch cars bc the one we are driving is hot
15:40-16:02 were back at domnios looking for mrguns001
16:02-16-30 we find mrguns and do a driveby
16:45- 18:15 STAFF SIT

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I believe it wasnt rdm as there was more than 60 seconds of rp of me calling him and texting him WHICH HE RESPONED TOO AND HE ACKNOWLEDGED he never died at the scene at 7:42 (proven by klogs) so theres no NLR and rdmx2 there please let me know if im in the wrong as me and many others think otherwise thank you for taking the time to look at my appeal thanks.
