I'm writing to respectfully appeal my ban from the Mountain Interactive community. Earlier today, around 7:30 PM, I was playing in Perris, California, when an incident occurred involving another player on our home network — Ducksszzs (User ID: 1223079760) — with whom I share a household.
After his ban was made permanent and his appeal was denied, I noticed that my account was also banned — despite not being involved in the same rule violation.
I believe my ban was applied automatically due to being on the same IP or network, which I completely understand as a precaution from your side.
However, I want to clarify that I was not acting in coordination with him during the shooting, nor did I take part in any teamkill or rule-breaking. I was simply roleplaying on my own and did not intend to disrupt any gameplay.
Both emails and phone numbers attached to the accounts are completely separate and not affiliated either.
I had just recently spent upwards of $ 200 on this game, and my moderation record is clear, other than a warning. I believe it's unfair that I have to be punished for Duck's immature actions.
Dear Mountain Interactive Administration & Moderation Team,
I hope this message finds you well.

I'm writing to respectfully appeal my ban from the Mountain Interactive community. Earlier today, around 7:30 PM, I was playing in Perris, California, when an incident occurred involving another player on our home network — Ducksszzs (User ID: 1223079760) — with whom I share a household.
Here’s what happened…
I was located at the S&K / Perris Ordnance disposal parking lot, firing rounds into the air (no one was being targeted or shot directly at). Two RPD officers climbed the stairs and began to shoot at me. Around that time, Ducksszzs, who was also in-game and on the same network, shot one of the RPD officers, which led to a report being filed against him for RDM/TK. That clip was submitted here:

I hope we can get this issue resolved soon.
