What Happened: I spotted 2 suspects wanted for officer murder and firing at police. Suspects were spiked by an RPD unit, code 5 was initiated. Driver began to move to the passenger seat trying to exit on the passenger side so I fired but stopped when he did not move. Driver successfully got out the passenger side and began to run towards the nearby IN-N-Out restaurant so I shot him. Passenger also was shot but survived.

Ban Reason: RDM, TA

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because the shooting was Justified and would fall under the case law Tenneesee V Garner. The suspect had been involved in an officer murder (admitted in RDM report) and was known to be armed alongside his passenger. I feared he was armed at the time and to prevent an armed suspect from entering the IN-N-Out I opened fire on him.
