Why I Should Be Unbanned:
I’m submitting this as my final appeal. I was previously banned for what was labeled as repeated inappropriate messages. The mod who issued the rejection highlighted past messages I had sent and used that to deny the appeal. I didn’t argue the decision at the time I accepted it and moved on.

However, I’ve recently learned that the same moderator who rejected my appeal has since been banned from the platform themselves. I don’t know the full story behind that, and I’m not here to drag anyone. But if a staff member is removed from the community, I think it’s fair to ask whether their actions especially permanent bans should be re-evaluated.

I’m not trying to get over on a technicality or shift blame. I’ll own my mistakes. But if this server is about fairness, then I’m hoping someone can take another look at this situation now that the person who banned me is no longer part of the moderation team.

If the answer is still no, I won’t appeal again. Thanks for reading.

For clarity, my original ban was labeled as a ToS violation, but I was never told exactly what message caused it. I’m not here to attack the former staff member who made that call, but if that person was banned for their own misconduct, I believe my case deserves another fair review.
