Incident Description*:

Was crossing the highway (I know illegal) then I stopped in the middle to see if a guy was going to hit me for a joke. He swerved out of the way and crashed. He then jumped out (seemingly unharmed from 60+ mph slam crash into concrete) and shot me down. Road rage is a thing but he interacted with me for only like 10 seconds. He could yell at me and it would be fine but using lethal force when I posed no threat and being apart of the scene for 10 seconds should be RDM.
