Alrighty so there's this CHP who must be legally blind like there's no way. I'm in a bright orange dodge magnum while the said suspect of an 80 is in a black kia stinger. I'm about a minute behind in the pursuit, even before the bend on the hwy towards perris, mind you the pursuit is all the way up the hwy, probably near like overpass. The CHP lays spikes out (or had them out which is kinda goofy) which ends up spiking me then proceeds to say we were ahead of the pursuit. He must also be deaf (or just not have VC) because for a good few minutes units have been saying where the pursuit was. We then talk over radio in chat briefly, I tell him I'm done and we should remain RTO. He then continues to say like how we should have kept our 20 updated (which he was right ig). I'm pretty sure he meant like how if we were primary or whatever we should have BUT ok hear me out they were doing that for the past few minutes, and we were just so far behind we literally couldn't give any info on the 20, but yeah it's always good to say where you are. Anyways the conclusion is uh he should have listened to radio and not blamed us about like how he couldn't see us. Oh wait also he said we had no sirens on (we did) it's just the fact that they don't actually load in until you're up to a certain distance. Anyways he could have just not had VC and maybe had low graphics and it's whatever but yeah that's all.
