Why is it not letting me sign in with roblox?

I am trying to sign in with Roblox but all it says is not able to sign in with this account (Roblox account) and I tried signing in with discord and I did nothing.

Hey there! If your having issues with your account not able to connect to Roblox or Discord. Most likely those accounts are being used by another account. Please contact support if you’re still experiencing issues.
