The heli in LA can be used on top of the CHP station where the helipad is. You spawn it like you would a car. Just make sure you operate it carefully, hope this helps!

Sorry, I don't know the controls for the heli as I've never used it. You can try asking people in the discord for a quick response though!

The following teams have a helicopter: AMR, RSCO,CHP. RPD also has a helipad but I found no way to access it. Helicopters also have a 10min cool down.

The controls are the following:

-Mouse control: C to toggle mouse Q/A+D to turn.

-keyboard control: ZS/WS to lean the helicopter forward/backwards ( go forward or backwards), Q/A+D to roll left or right and A/Q+E for making a 90° turn.
