Incident Description*:

A shooting happens at 7/11 that injures two out of the three 7/11 employees. I went in the store to make sure we were not being robbed or if the store is in alright condition. I was then told to leave and I tell him why I'm in the store (Didn't know it was a crime scene since the crime scene was about 25 feet away and NOT in the store) He then started counting fast and when I tried to leave I was blocked by a CHP officer and instantly detained. I didn't have time to leave and was arrested. I had firearms on me but this was because I was working for security. He charged me with Felon in possession of a Firearm. I was not a felon and it is not a felony to be at a crime scene when I did not know the area was a crime scene.

Hi there, you actually WERE a felon! as defined by your previous charges. Hope this helps.

Also be sure to include the previous moments from when I gave you orders, and gave you a decent amount of time to comply.

The other charge should not even be on there as I was falsely arrested and a mod figured it out for me. Also I will see if I can include this evidence of you "giving me time" to comply. Thanks for the feedback.

I said in the report that you did but you just didnt let me leave i tried to and was blocked. Also we should not be arguing on forums.
