Incident Description: So I detained someone for attempted to steal my car. As I was transporting the suspect she somehow left my car and was unable to be found. A few seconds later she pulled up in a car still cuffed and so I reported her to staff. Staff PMed me and said "They're reported for exploiting, dnt mind them." I thought that Luna would then ban the exploiter but however that was not the case. A while later I caught the exploiter walking around STILL in the cuffs that I have put on her. I then cuffed her and thats when Luna who was invisible said to me "She lowkey did nothing" before proceeding to call me a snitch and told me to shhh. Luna did absolutely nothing to the exploiter and did not ban her at all during the conversation or made Luna visible again. CHP also told me that the girl also flung his car so I assumed that this was very much exploiting and did nothing to the user.

Please explain what happened in extreme detail. List when it happened, who was involved, the context, how you felt after it happened, why you think the staff member was in the wrong. I believethe staff member was in the wrong as she never moderated the user at all despite mentioning her several times exploiting. Also telling me to be quiet and calling me a snitch was very rude.
