Incident Description:

I was called to pick up my friend from a scene because the other car had no space since we were in a big group, this random guy was pulling up to her and stopped, she ran to my car and we started driving away as we were called to go to meet up at FDC. Out of nowhere this person pulls a gun and kills me. My friend survived and killed him, but it was just out of nowhere where he shot at us. Even my friend is confused why he did that because we had no previous interactions at all, and he didn't have a reason to kill us.
