Why can't my MI be bound to Roblox?

Why can't my MI account be linked to my Roblox account? He said there were some issues and asked me to try again later. But I have tried for several days now and it didn't work. What should I do?

Hi, it's possible that your Roblox account is already linked to another MI account, if so, you can unlink it and link it to your current MI account.
