Do you ever struggle reporting a LAPD officer?

If you have made a report, what was your outcome on that report?

I recently had issues with LAPD repeatedly and I wonder if they take reports

and actually discipline their officers.

In my experience of reporting people, most cases didn't get even noticed or checked. But whenever I got reported I was always punished. You're better off pinging the officer and sharing a clip of what they did in the LAPD general or asking a HR to check the clip for you.
