This individual has been threatening to report me, and not just me but also my friends for either things we didn't do, or things that wasn't my/my friends fault. As soon as we try interact with him like kidnap him, he instantly called mods and voided the whole scene TWICE, after that he just walks or drives off like it's nothing. He does not want to roleplay kidnappings nor fear for his life. We got his car stopped because he was chasing my friend and were were planning to kidnap him all along for a hostage scene. We pointed guns at him and asked to put his hands up. He instantly kepy saying !Help and our usernames, he ended the scene and just drove off. He also mentioned that we have to interact with him for 5 minutes before we do something the 2nd time we tried to kidnap him, but I couldn't find that in the rulebook and as again, he was doing !Help. We didnt know what to do, we couldnt force a further interaction as he would just keep telling us that he'll call mods on us. He also said that he would do an IA case on me (1st time i tried to kidnap him), I was not even CHP, he was making personal threats towards me which I didn't even do. This is devastating as he is doing all this to not get kidnapped and he has no intention to ropleplay anything we try to do, even if I allegedly break rules he doesn't have to stop the scene because I wasnt breaking rules by trying to kidnap him. All of this makes me feel like I keep messing up but I know I didn't. He also called me out in CHP general that I was breaking rules without it even being moderated yet, as I feel personally attacked by him. He was laughing at me, trying to provoke me so I would argue with him, but I didn't want to take it personally and wait for a mod to sort it out. Also my friend mentioned to me he also feels personally attacked and harrassed by this individual, as he keeps trying to do anything to not roleplay with us and avoid any interaction, while trying to intemidate us and provoke us to get attention/ get a reaction and I got a clip of this individual abusing his position to provoke a reaction from my friend, trying to fist fight my friend for no reason as a cop, he only tried to defend himself and make the scene look like he was being attacked. I had another incident with him today when he called me out for "rdm" in chp public chat, someone had to delete the messages due to him trying to publicly argue, targeting me. This happened because I was suddenly code 5 stopped by him as soon as he saw us (IA report for that whole scene) We had roleplay interaction for more than 5 minutes. I killed him because he was the reason my friend was arrested and he argued/laughed at me in someway while I was being detained for more than 5 minutes, but he did say he was going to let me go and that was a mistake on his side that he didnt take my gun as I was a felon and he was being curropt (another IA case), and I was clearly angered by the fact he got my friend arrested so immediantly after I got into my friends car and shot him, justifying it was not rdm. Once again trying to get attention from me and provoking me. This is upsetting as it makes me seem like im a horrible person and all these interactions with this individual ruined my day. Im really just trying my best to follow all rules and be a part of the community. It would be nice if this was sorted as I dont want it to get even more personal between me/ my friends and this person. Thank you for reading.
