Reporter Roblox Username & ID*: (MF1090) and (GodDenisRoblox)

Incident Description*: On a normal patrol day I saw theres 2 LAPD volunteer are blocking off the road with road tools then I tell them to remove they didn't then I found out they're parking on the wrong side of the raod alsothey refused to listen, and evaded from me.
