Description Of the Incident: I joined an 11 hour server in Los Angeles, and realized the server was super laggy after playing for 10 minutes. I called a mod via !help to ask if he could get perms to shutdown because the server was super laggy, “can you perchance ask for perms to shutdown this server”. He proceeds to respond with, “I can not do that.” followed by, “only Corp can do that sorry.” Last time I checked, a moderator was able to ask Corporate members for permissions to shutdown servers in Perris or Los Angeles if they are laggy, have broken things, etc. I asked for his username, but he didn’t wanna give it, so I went through the player list and found him. I pinged him, asking if he was "o_hhx” and said “you need to clock off and review ur staff guide bro.” Obviously, my comment wasn’t needed. He responds with “blocked”, followed by “ain’t you the kid who annoys every single mod everyday?”, “stop making dumb ass help requests smh”, and “simple as that” (in order). Dude obviously has no knowledge of his staff guide, not sure how he passed his Stage 1 & 2 Training, but he needs to review his staff guide and get the guidelines right.

@Victor what part are you talking about?

If you’re talking about the part where I asked for his username, my clip sadly didn’t catch that (at least from what I had saw when I was grabbing the clips). If you’re talking about the part where he said “blocked” and stuff like that, all of those happened on Discord. I sent the pictures to @devvy, but if you want, I can forward them to you as well if you’d like.
