What Happened? I was raiding National Guard base, and I was doing a shootout on the water tower. There was a National Guard in an explorer, and he got out and started shooting at me. I obviously shoot back at him and kill him, cross-firing another person in the process. The NG I shot previously respawned, and I thought it was a different NG, so I didn't think twice and shot him, hence the spawnkill. I genuinely did not know that was the same NG, and if I did, I wouldn't have shot him.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I should be unbanned because it was an honest mistake. I have seen several other people get warnings, and a lighter punishment for other things included with SK, I don't think it's fair I get a perm ban for it when I've seen others get a slap on the wrist for that plus something else. I regret my decision to spawnkill and wish to be given a 2nd chance. Before this, my last moderation was in April of this year; I had one a few weeks ago, but I appealed it. I sincerely apologize for my actions.
Your ban appeal should be honest and from you. Do not copy other people's appeals and use AI to re-write it.
