What Happened? Hello! On the day 14.07.2025 around 13/14pm GMT+1. An incident has happend, where an armed male was running away from an 10-50 behind Dominos after an pursuit. The suspect ran into the dominos parking lot, where two of his "Friends". Came up to the CHP officer, started to shout at him and ask why is he under arrest ect. The CHP officer quickly called for help, and told that they are trying to interupt his arrest. Both of the suspect were quickly tackled to prevent further escalation. At that time, I didyn't say anything since I was very focused and didyn't think of that. I have tackled the bacon hair, quickly cuffing him to prevent him from being an threat as I suspect that they might be armed. According to the USMS SOP. Attachment from the USMS SOP: https://imgur.com/a/1j2pyLW .The suspects didyn't walk away as instructed from the CHP officer. So they were non-complaint. When I have tried to tackle the second male in the mask. He pulled out an G19 TAN, and aimed at me. I panicked and I feared for my (In-game)Life. I quickly reached for my gun and mag-dumped him in panic. The USMS SOP says this, Attachment from the USMS SOP: https://imgur.com/a/A736Ezn. I had to neatulize the threat before he could quickly stand up and SHOOT, even though he was tackled he might of stood up in any second, I had no time to verify he is disarmed, I feared the suspect will shoot me from the ground before I can safely disarm him. The other suspect was detained, and upon a search an G19 TAN was aswell found on him, it turned out the suspect is an Felon and has multiple pervious LEO murder charges on him.HOWEVER. Due to my the previous events, the suspect was let go due to the use of my not very proper use of tackle and lack of communication with me during this whole tackling process, but the firearm was taken away from him since again, he is a felon.
Going back to the situation where I magdumped the suspect, The SOP warns against exessive use of force. Attachment from the USMS SOP: https://imgur.com/a/xqLvXWZ . (e.g. magdumping. but in panic sitations where an suspect is activliy aiming an firearm. A full magdump while it may seem brutal and very intense, according to sources it can still be justified as resonable since my life was imminently at risk and I had to stop immediate deadly threat, it was not to punish. It was to prevent more blood sheed. Shots fired and request for RA= RESCUE AMBULANCE was called in by me very shortly after the shooting.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I understand the concerns about my use of force and the tackling. I have to admit that I didn’t communicate properly during the arrest, and I now see how my tackle even if in theory justified lacked the verbal warning expected by SOP. I should have handled that better. And am sorry, it won't happen again.
Regarding the shooting:
I understand the magdump may appear brutal, especially since the suspect was on the ground. But, I genuinely believed my life was at risk he had just aimed a firearm at me and could’ve still fired from the ground (a bug that sometimes happens a lot when a suspect is holding a firearm). I had no time to confirm if he was fully incapacitated. The USMS SOP allows for force escalation in cases of imminent threat, even under stress and panic. I made a split second decision in a highly volatile situation. This situation has taught me a lot about the importance of verbal de-escalation. If given another chance,
I will:
Communicate clearly and effectively during all arrests.
Avoid panic-based decisions where possible.
Follow all use-of-force reporting procedures strictly.
Stay within SOP boundaries even in high-tension scenes.
I care deeply about roleplaying professionally and contributing positively to the server. This wasn’t FRP or team abuse — it was a high-stress misjudgment made in the heat of the moment with the intent to protect, not harm.
I respectfully ask for a second chance to prove I’ve learned from this.
