Incident Description*:

I was sitting in the S&K Parking lot when I hear him make some random noise on the radio for no reason. ( 1st Clip )
I was in the parking lot parked up and I see him absolutely Light up a civ on a 10-11 because he tried to run and he pulled a gun, I watched the clip back and he didn't pull any weapons and he wasn't trying to pull off. ( 2nd Clip )
