Incident Description*:

I was giving my Traffic Stop to a civilian until I gave him his ticket when I saw a person behind the Sheriff's vehicle who had killed a Deputy for no reason, the civilian whom I also arrested then myself, he had broken the rules of the game by committing the RDM and FRP.
