Incident Description*:At first, during the pursuit, we were chasing a car. After a while, we stopped him. The suspect got out of the car and tried to escape or steal the car. Then an RPD directly took out a deadly weapon and shot the suspect to kill him. The suspect did not attack or threaten him here. He just escaped, but the RPD directly shot, which obviously belonged to the RDM. The RPD did not make the right choice, but violated the rules. The other RPD and I both felt that the red RPD's behavior had violated the rules and felt that in the RDM, Finally, the red RPD left directly. So we felt that this red RPD was a violation of the rules, so I came to report it.(In the video evidence, I opened a Chinese translation, so they spoke Chinese. Because I am China, please understand, but their words said that the red RPD is RDM）
